Rawr... I'm ready.

ToriD1012 06-08-2012 11:33 AM

I'm SO in for being a WW!! No major plans this weekend and have been pretty focused this week, despite my early week funkadelic. I'm suppose to go to my bro's for dinner tomorrow night but I think I'm going to choose the menu...just so I know I'm still on track. There was a slight hiccup with some pizza and beer last night, but it didn't affect the scale this morning. So that's good. I'll let Mike make my weekend goals. It seems I do better when he makes them. Might be I'm just trying to prove to him that I've got it ;)

Going to go log dinner and then head to Lowe's for a latch and padlock for the women's restroom in the stock room....it's been infiltrated by BOYS!!! (much like this thread :p)

I'm in!

Count me in!

We are finally going to plant the vegetable garden tomorrow, so I will be getting lots of exercise (finally).:p

first time in ages I have had the energy to do anything much. My Dr. says high blood sugar = lethargy, low energy, low seratonin, etc. so that must mean the poison is finally starting to dissipate out of the blood. 14 day average is down to 6.9 from 16.5!:D

Have a great weekend everyone!

You are KILLING it girl!! Great job this week!

OOOHHHH and your trip to Germany.....you're packing me in a suitcase and dropping me off in Baumholder, right??????? It'd be a very nice surprise for Whatshisname!

With the exception of a few slices of bread this week, I've had my first totally clean week in months! :D I feel so much better when I eat right and exercise... it's unbelievable. Had an entire day of errands; just got home at 9:30 and I'm beat. For some stupid reason, I keep waking up at 4 am, ready to start the day. Then, by 2 pm, I'm dead tired. I hope it ends soon. My circadian clock must be messed up again... I'd get up and get my walk in, but it's still dark! lol Hopefully tonight I'll be able to sleep until at least 7 am. Sounds like a hot, sunny weekend so I'm hoping to get a lot of outdoor activities in.

Weekly Goals:

1. Walk daily, weather permitting. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Not home today
2. Calories between 1000-1200... I know it's low, but it's just for 2 weeks. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes
3. 3-4 fruits and veggies daily. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes
4. NO bread, cheese, frozen yogurt, etc. Think clean, clean, clean food. None, None, Bread, Bread, Bread
5. Loose 2-3 lbs. this week... results on Saturday.
6. 80-100 oz. of liquids a day. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes

cjohnson728 06-08-2012 03:45 PM

Well, here's my weekend warrior list:

1. Work. A lot :(
2. Exercise.

Only two goals...should be able to do that, right?
