All the breast talk is cracking me up also!

Crazy kid story - Two days ago DS (who is 3 yrs old) ran out of the bedroom with my bra on his head yelling Super Boobie! My Mom and I completely melted in laughter... was soooo hilarious... DH is totally mortified... I love being a parent!

Okay, food remained clean for remainder of the day but I do have to work on my portion sizes.

Amalthea hahahaha! I laughed out loud at that.

So, my report for today and yesterday since I had no time to post. I'm putting my 'me' time and my cleaning as green even though I haven't done it yet because I hope to get to it before bed so i can actually GET to my bed. I've been sowing and fabric covers the floor.

Goals:

Stick to meal plan Y, N, Y
30 minutes of physical activity! Y, N, Y
Clean your pig-sty of a house, Y, N, Y
a bit of 'me' time Y, Y, Y
Positive attitude!Y, Y, Y

2) do 2 exercises on days I don't work (walking/weights/gardening/Richard Simmons/stationary bike) - does holding a 30 pound kid for an hour at a parade count?/nothing else, 1hr walking/weights, 25 mins stationary bike/weights
3) 20% protein minimum - 14%, 31%, 22%
4) 64oz water minimum - 64oz+, 80oz+, 64oz+
5) calorie deficit 700+ - +66, 785, 729
6) take vitamins - yes, yes, yes
