Hope--CN aren't his initials. it stood for the Cuter Nicer Guy I had been Flirting With when my PITA ex kept calling and harassing me. That was just way too much to keep typing, so I shortened it to CuterNicer then to CN. if I had only known then what I do now.....oh well

2. Exercise 8 hours. .5
3. Drink at least 2 big sports bottles water per day. Yes
4. Sleep at least 7 hours per night. Nope
5. Follow my pie chart rules. Fair
6. Log everything and check in daily. None
7. Take all vitamins and supplements. Forgot calcium
8. Log remits and billing. Done!
9. Back up hard drive. Done!
10. Clean out emails. Started
Long Range Goal: Hike the entire KEMO trail system in one day

Well, after yesterday's fiasco, in which I spent more time in the car than in my actual office, I have a lovely work-at-home / catch-up day today. Hoping to take some breaks to intersperse exercise, since I wiped out last night. This afternoon and tomorrow afternoon my son has some high-stakes matches going on so I'm looking forward to that but nervous as well. Other than that, work's under control, home's under control...but as you all know, that can change in a matter of seconds!

3. No bread, cheese or spreads M-F. None
4. Minimum 3 fruits or vegetables daily. 5
Personal:
1. Practice patience. Yes
2. Balance checkbook... why do I hate this SO much?? Nope
3. Package and send university paperwork by Friday. Almost ready.

OMG you people are so motivated. I fell off of the wagon and gained all of my 31 pound weight loss back. I am getting re-started today. I just popped into this 7 day forum for some quick words of support but now I am going to have to stop and think about this goal thing. I hope to join in the fun soon.

Was super busy today and barely got a chance to eat much.
