Mixed baggage today, but overall I say I'm doing OK. I walked 4 mi total -> 3 mi. in a.m. & 1 mile with my Health Group tonight. On the Calorie front, I went over. I forgot something when logging earlier. Boy was it painful to log it in when I remembered it tonight.

nobe--don't feel bad. It happens to us all. I had had all my meals planned and logged as of last night, and wound up only sticking to the breakfast part because I had to leave work early. My chicken will just have to until tomorrow night to be grilled. At least I'm prepared!!!!

So the rest of you don't feel alone....I'm over 2300 calories for day and I'm not sure if I'm done yet. At least gotta eat a popsicle. I have been feeling a binge coming on and I had ice cream earlier and followed that up with 6 oreos, 3 choc chip ("healthy" WhoNu) cookies and a cup of 1% milk. Ummmmm yeah, I did awesome until snack tonight almost double the rest of my intake for the day. I plan on being up in weight tomorrow morning and will be very surprised if I'm not.

I didn't have ice cream tonight, but I did have some really yummy Classic Lays. But was smart enough to put the bag down before I ate them all, or even half the bag. And I hear ya on the being up in weight in the morning. If I'm not, I'll be super surprised. Tomorrow will be better for all of us......

Aw, Mike, that's great that you had lunch with your DD. Who's the other guy? Great picture! Maybe I have old eyes--I don't see a muffin top, even if I open it on photobucket. You look great and very happy! If you do another cyber tree for us next Christmas, use that one for your skinnier smiling face.
But I really should say something nice about Mike, he has impeccable manners and dimples! Thanks for lunch Pimp Daddy!

ohhh, That sounds like a blast - I would definitely be up for that.
Lebanon Kansas is the geographic center of the lower 48, but with a population of 218, I suspect it may not even have a hotel, let alone a "swingin' hot spot" (thanks Joni Mitchell).
How about Denver? It's pretty easy to get to from almost anywhere, has some cool stuff to do, and great food.

I just finished my second beignet, chewy, crunchy, swimming in powdered sugar. Then I shook the bag a little and low and behold, there were little bits of fried dough in the bottom absolutely coated in powdered sugar. OMG yum. I'm now planning to get stinking drunk on strawberry beer and have something called a "Lucky Dog". Oh I'm a food porn star today.

Well I'm pretty sure I'm just going to give up for today and loaf on the couch eating chocolate and greek yogurt, and I refuse to feel bad about it! A day this crappy when I have PMS deserves some comfort eating. I don't care. I'll have a healthy breakfast and get a good walk in before work tomorrow. This day is a write off.
Feels good to see I'm not alone, but let's double our efforts tomorrow.

For dinner DH and I split an order of crab stuffed mushrooms, and something called "The Sampler", it had shrimp creole, red beans and rice, jambolaya, sausage gumbo and a serving of bread pudding that was darn near better than sex.
