I'm not a mother, but I get this. I know deep down she meant well. She just lacks tact sometimes.

I haven't said much about your issues with your DD because I don't really know what to say. The fact that she nurtures her friends the way you do her is a GOOD SIGN! She knows that you love her, and only want the best for her. The fact that she is opening up to you about the possiblilty of a new therapist is great! She's acknowledging that she has a problem and wants to correct it. You sound like a very loving and caring mother. She picks up on that. Now you just have to believe it too. Amy told me a while back that I needed to repeat the Stuart Smalley skit from SNL to myself. "I'm good enough. I'm smart enough. And dog gone it, people like me." So that is my advice to you. Repeat after Stuart. You're good enough! You're smart enough! And dog gone it, people like you! Because it's all true. You are good enough and smart enough. Know that you and your DD are in my prayers.

Cardio 4 hours 60,30,60,30,none,60
Plank x 5 N,Y,N,N.N,Y
Weekend some activity
Personal:
Vacuum the car not yet
Organize the garage not yet

Very happy with this weeks goals. Made the weight, cardio and calorie goals those are most important to me.

This is the first weekend since Christmas that I've stayed on track!!! FINALLY, I think I'm back in control.

p.s... I LOVE Stuart!! 17 children!! My Lord! I can't imagine! (Although I have such a small family, I can't imagine anything over 4... lol.)

It's been a struggle this week for me, so I feel real good about what goals I met. Weight = I'm staying below my last "hurdle" of 210 lbs. I've been working for this outcome during February.

Actually it was Hope. And she was telling me about it, just asked if you had heard of it. So, how was it??? Did you go with the bread pudding for dessert? And where are the pictures?? I need to live my cajun/creole food lovin through you! You're disappointing me!

Uh, you said 3:05. I tried to give you the extra 2 minutes but you said that you would still shoot for 3:05!!!
