This morning I was 184.0. Still Baby Huey but not getting any bigger.

I went to bed super hunger, got up during the night and had a pack of Nutty Bars, then got up again for some cereal.

Now I'm about to get up and fix a hot breakfast (oatmeal, with blueberries).

Weekend goals
1) Tori challenge... How about 4 miles? 1.25

2) I will also log all my food (I haven't done that in a week or two), and post it up. yes http://www.fitday.com/fitness/Public...?Owner=01gt4.6
3) workout once yes
4) gallon of water/day no
5) hot breakfast yes

We will have ten support divers in the water at varying depths, two MD's topside, a topside logistics guy running the dive as well as a researcher from Duke University Dive Medicine. There is a local hyperbaric chamber that will be on standby. So it's well planned out. For me the dive will be a new world record for a woman on a rebreather. Besides that Duke will be collecting blood and doing transthoracic echocardiograms to add to their study of deep diving on rebreathers and the decompression science. The TTE looks for bubbles in my blood stream and the absence of bubbles in the left side of my heart ensuring all the bubbles are being filtered out by my lungs. The blood is looking for micro particles that happen as the stress of decompression appears to actually break down some blood material. Cutting edge stuff. I did a dive last year in the same location to 460 feet.
This is awesome. You must tell us all about it it and if there are photos, they'd be incredible to see.

Yeah I think that would be at the top of my priority list. Best of luck with it. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS AS ME BEING INSENSITIVE! Not to sound morbid... but if by some crazy chance you don't come back, at least you went out doing what you love. Looking at your videos, I can't think of a more peaceful place to be.

Mike your breakfast is way healthier than the bacon and egg wrap I just woofed down. Altho in my defense the eggs and bacon were organic, the bacon no nitrites and the wrap low carb whole wheat. Plus I had an orange to redeem myself (also because, sadly, I was still hungry.) I am thinking maybe I have to start logging food again. Heavy sigh. I am SICK of dieting. What is WITH these last ten/fifteen pounds?

Lizzie, I love the life (and beer) in the old girl doing her Tina Turner imitation. I love it. I can picture it.

Kim, this dive sounds so exciting. Cutting edge, breaking records, amazing.

Terri, yes I played against guys. I am an honorary guy in this monthly game; the only girl, and I have to keep up with the game, the bidding AND the dirty jokes. Cannot give up profanity here. I used to be only a stand in guy, when they needed an extra but now I am part of the game. The guys do get a little touchy when they are beaten tho. Especially by a GIRL. Beaten by a GIRL.

Anyone watching the Osacars tonight besides me? Glad Billy Crystal is doing it. I really enjoyed the Grammys this year and I ususally do not watch it or if I do, not the whole thing.

Finally I have to force my lazy self to do some movement. Anything. This is getting sad. In my defense, I have been in a flare but still I love to walk and go to the gym...

Nothing wrong with eggs and when I was low carbing, I'd put away some bacon.

Yeah I am trying to get back on the low carb thing. Bacon gives me a reason well maybe not exactly to live but to stay on it.

Mike I completely understand what you are saying and agree. I watched my mom die a slow agonizing death from lung cancer I much prefer to go out chasing a dream.

Hope, Terri, Mern, Mike and anyone I missed thank you for all the well wishes. There will be multiple photographers and videographers at the event so when it's all done i'll post some pics and video But please realize I'm just like you all trying to get through today eating right and working out on that note ...in white
I have been having such a craving for chicken fettuccine Alfredo extra creamy with lots of sauce to dip excessive amounts of garlic bread in. Ugh so yummy. Maybe in a week or two if I continue to eat clean I'll give in to a big cheat.

I totally understand, I lost my mom to bone cancer. I'd rather go out doing something I love. Ironically, I don't want it to be on a bike. I totally feel that bikes are safe (it's either the idiot in the car that pulls out in front of the bike, changes lanes on top of the bike, or the idiot on the bike driving like he's invincible), I don't want to be another statistic to give them a bad rap.

I cooked some of that a couple weeks ago, it was so worth it.

I finally GOMLA and did something. And of course, now I feel better than had I sat here. I hate when others throw the truth in my face Put in 3 miles already this afternoon, so I only have 1 more to go to meet my challenge. I so got this!! I'm trying to figure out some good goals for next week. Something to challenge myself and push me past my comfort zone. I've been lucky so far and haven't really had to push it, but I'm getting to that point where I'm going to have to. Being fat is easy, reaching goal is going to take work. It's time that I put in that work.

Kim-I haven't said so yet, but the fact that your fearless enough to go on those dives AWES me! I have deep water fear (well, actually I have lots of fears), so I know it's something that I could never do. But it looks so pretty and peaceful! Know that I'm rooting you on, and sending up prayers and warm thoughts. And OOOHHH your food porn!!! I could live off that stuff!

Getting ready to, or as we say here "I'm fixin' to", start cooking supper for Momma and Deddy. Yummy roasted chicken and veggies. Catch back up later.
