Ladies, I've been MIA today but I can say that today my diet has been the cleanest that it's been in a long time. I did get to the gym and had an awesome workout. No miles this weekend though.

Hi everyone! My name is Mea and while I've been a member of FitDay for quite awhile, this is my first time posting in the forums. Nice to meet everyone! :)

This 7-day thread has really inspired me, and I'm looking forward to joining in on the next one! Will you be starting another tomorrow? Today (Sunday) will have been my day 1, but I am looking forward to jumping right in with all of you! Congratulations on your successes this week, one and all! :)

Hey Mea! As Mike pointed out, yes we do start on Mondays. Feel free to jump right in! It can get a little hectic and we all struggle to keep up at times, but it has helped me more than I can put into words. The support (and sometimes harassment) really pushes me to do the best that I can. I hope you stick around!!!
