A year to save my life programme
 

Has anyone been watching this series? I watched the programme on Liz last week and found it so encouraging. To see her fitness level and shape change so much was incredible, she was visibly healthier. I didn't see last nights episode and didn't get to record it either. Certainly motivating. I have so many sympathies with her emotional struggles throughout and I wonder at the amount of times she must have felt like just giving up - but she didn't. L
