that cat!! she's managed to pull all but 2 off of her back paws, and 3 off of her fronts. I'm giving her the afternoon to rest, then tonight I'm gonna attempt to reapply......I'll see what I can do about a pic.
I do have a really cute one of her doing yoga though. And resting after a long workout.....

Good afternoon ladies. Lets look at all the things that could have held me back today.
I'd have to say that I finished a lot faster than expected. I didn't start to get tired until mile 7, but never once doubted myself. I knew I could easily get in 10 miles... AND I'M NOT A RUNNER. I can't even run 100 yards! I did it though, why? Because I said I would, I believed it... and I also don't like to lose a bet.
Belief in yourself will get you EVERYWHERE. If you don't believe in you, no one else will. I was just having this conversation the other day, and I know that person will read this, so yes, I'M CALLING YOU OUT!
I felt fine until I crawled out my car and can say that I'm seriously in pain, but they say that pain is weakness leaving the body! I'm okay with that.
- I'm dealing with a back injury (L5&S1)
- I'm tired
- I had a long week with work
- I have a heart rate that would put many people in a pine box, 6 feet under
- My foot hurts
- My shoe is pissy
- I have a house full of chirrens
- Will power!

Even though I quit posting my goals a couple days ago I can honestly say that I'll hit all my goals except for working out 3 times. The gym closes at 5 today and I don't think I'll have enough rest/recovery time between now and then from my 10 miles. That's not an excuse, that me listening to my body and not trying to have a serious injury. I may be able to get in a little workout at home later though... depending on how I feel.

Dinner has been served and was DELISH!!! Even Momma ate what was on her plate! Lacing up the tennies and gonna pound the pavement at the parent's place. Nice 5 acres to roam around on. And SAFER!!! And after than gonna call my cousin, ya know just to see if she's game. Given her track record, probably not though. But I won't quit asking her. SHE'S the one who was all gung ho the first week or two.
THANKS MERN!! And I didn't need anyone to take a whip out after me!

Tori, thanks for pushing me into doing 10 and congrats on beating your goal. You're getting a little better at the silent treatment, too bad that you had to learn how to do it from me.
Darlene, thanks to you for also lighting a fire under ass. Did I get in more miles than you? If so, the week's not over with, get out there and show me who's boss!
