I don't think you should ever have to sit there and feel hungry like that where it's hurting you. There's no reason you couldn't have made yourself something to take the edge off, like some vegetables. Are you saying a few celery sticks, some carrots, or a few handfuls of lettuce or a couple of tomatoes would have ruined your calorie budget?

Well, I feel a lot better now. I don't know if it was venting to you ladies or my body simply needed another day to adapt. I've found my old crochet hooks and afghan books, so I'll be adding crocheting to my activities soon. :)
