I will be very busy this week getting ready for the holidays. So I would like to wish everyone here a Happy and Healthy Christmas! We are a unique group who not only are looking out for our self and family, but we are looking out for one another. Such support and friendship is what the holidays are all about. I wish you all the following gifts from Santa: a fat-free dinner that tastes great, an outfit that fits perfectly, a mirror that shows you how you want to look, and the willpower to get through all the stress of the holidays.
