Mern, thanks so much!! I am so happy to be able to put a face to your name. You look so young and cute! I will have to rummage through my pictures to find a suitable avatar.

I actually called in sick today for the first time in 4 years! Yesterday at work was hell and I couldn't face that again. I am hoping that all the sleep I got today will have done the trick. And yes, Chico is a major snuggler when I'm sick. In fact, a friend of mine came by this afternoon and offered to walk him and Chico would not go with my friend. He refused to leave my side. How cute is that? He really is my best little buddy. Oh and by the way, CONGRATS on your major weight loss last week! Holy moly!

She's definitely girly and the sweetest bunny I've ever seen!

I'm so glad to hear that you're feeling better Rose. And 4 years without a sick day? Wow that's amazing! BTW your dog stories are hilarious, I love that dog and I've never even met him. Get some rest, and maybe some chicken soup, okay?

You can't even tell from that view. It's not like you can see a girlish face. She sure is cute, I won't deny that but I can't tell that it's a girl from the pic. I'm sure IRL I would be able to tell.

I took Mytsie to get a petacure (nails cut) we were in and out in less than 5 minutes.

For today:

1.) Around 1400 calories/day: 1493/1495
2.) Get enough water: Yes/Maybe?
3.) Exercise 3 times: 1

I've decided to give myself green even if I don't completely deserve it. Whew, I'm tired! To bed!

Hi everyone,

Joining in a day late. I sadly also am in the sick bus, not so bad as a cold it kind of went directly to a cough which woke me up at 4 this morning and messed me up. Either way I had decided to have a figure-things-out-week, so I am thinking of going in "maintenance" mode for a couple of weeks and well figure things out with my plateau. My cough and general ickyness have not allowed me to eat that much though. SO modified goals and tuesday report.

1- Log everything. Yes,
2- Drink water. 2L,
3- Exercise 3 times. No.
4- Go to bed before midnight. Yes

And trying to catch up with everyone.

Mern, lovely photo of you! It definitely is nice to see you. Congrats on being so prepared for the birthday parties and for already having a plan for the dinner this Sunday!

Joanna, I find logging in sleep is more accurate for me, hope you see good results from it. Be patient.

Mike, hope you are feeling better! And your daughter at Sonic... ouch. I need to go find out about that brownie diet... relax it is probably the meds that make you go soft.

Quinn, hope you are having a good week, holidays are excellent moments to get a new pet

Tori, great goals on Monday, sorry to hear your day was bad and I hope your mama is ok.

Tanya, excellent news on your inches lost! Clothes don't lie! And if your detox works for you then who cares what others think... but thats just my opinion

April, you look great on your avatar! Congrats on your weight loss and hope you are doing better.

Pam, that pizza sounded great, I have often wondered how some vegans do low carb...

Cyndees, congratulations on losing a pound! Request the extension you will feel better after you do.

Darlene, you sure did turn your Monday frustration into something great! Excellent start to the goal week.

Almeeker, be strong with the gingerbread! Love the pic Oreo!

Rose, sorry you are sick but congrats on the loss!

Welcome neonfruitfly and babby218.

Momma is good, thanks. It was a minor, but she has anxiety issues and something minor to you and me is major to her. So the doc had her come in, just to ease her mind. And tomorrow will be a better day, today was just one of those "if it can go wrong, it will" kind of days.

I ended the day on a possitive though, while getting the cat's food and litter at PetSmart I bought her the cutest little tshirt! And she hates it, but it's oh so adorable!! And I technically didn't fail at my goal, of not buying her anymore toys. If I knew how to add a pic to a post I'd share, but I don't so maybe another time.

April I can handle that also accurate or not. I had a cookie incident today but really I had to test them for the perfect cook time how chewy a cookie is can make or break the enjoyment that it brings, lol. I love your avatar picture you look great!

Amy Let me rephrase that, there are many friends missing today your right quite was the wrong word.100 gingerbread houses wow and why, you answered why for 50 of them how about the other 50? I would have a hard time avoiding gingerbread hard or soft it’s tasty. I unfortunately smelt every great smell and tasted to many during my baking today and tomorrow is meringues which I also love, who am I kidding I love cookies. The oil tank should happen tomorrow if all goes well I really want it finished so I can get the basement back in order before Christmas company starts to arrive. Oreo is a cute name for your rabbit. I also will need to get a picture of myself I avoid cameras whenever I can so pictures are hard to find unless they are of hubby and kids or me saying get that out of my face. Awesome food porn I would want gingerbread if I didn’t feel sick from all the chocolate chip cookies I ate today.

Rose Good job on losing the 3.8lbs.Glad your back but really sorry to hear you are sick, get well soon.

Mern Thanks! It’s nice you are chatty today I love to read how everyone’s day is going I have more time on the weekend to checkin more than once or twice a day and I always enjoy being able to respond to people right away.

Tori Mike, Quinn and you can talk football I am unfortunately one of those girls who reads when hockey's on and hubby doesn’t watch football so I know nothing about it. I am sorry though that your customer made you so frustrated. I am glad your mom’s ok and her dr’s visit went well. Wishing you a better tomorrow.

Main I am sorry you are sick, get well soon.

I ate 389 cookie calories I tried to resist but hot chocolate chip cookies are pretty hard to resist I will probably have a sugar headache tomorrow. I still made my goals today but only because I ate breakfast and 6.35 oz of chicken for dinner and nothing else. I went out and walked the waterfront with a friend after dinner so that made me feel a little less guilty. Have a great night everyone.

This Christmas be sure to pause in your pursuit of happiness and just be happy.

Default Happy Wednesday, Everyone!

Main80, sorry to hear you are riding the sick bus too. My cough gave me a hard time falling asleep last night too but as soon as the Tylenol nighttime cold medication kicked in, I was off to never never land and didn't wake up again until 6am. I modified my goals too.

Mike, just because you can't tell that Oreo is a girl in that picture, doesn't mean it isn't obvious to me. Just look at her girlish pose and that pink background, they scream GIRL. I have to take Chico for his petacure and it's urgent. Last night I was on the phone, Chico ran past me me and my friend could hear his nails on the wood floor through the phone. It's just that Mr. Chico cannot stand to have his paws touched and getting his nails cut is such an ordeal!

Amy, my mom offered to make me some chicken soup but I really don't like it and we settled on baked chicken and string beans instead. You would love Chico even more if you met him. I wish you could attend his 15th birthday party. It's on Saturday! And on a different subject, gingerbread is definitely one of my weaknesses. Yummy!!!! I can't believe you are making 100 gingerbread houses. How is that even possible?

Tori, happy to hear that Momma is doing better and that you ended the day on a positive. I hope you figure out how to upload a picture because I DEFINITELY want to see you cat in that t-shirt!!!

Darlene, thanks for you well wishes! I am really impressed that you ate cookies but were able to control yourself for the rest of the day and still come in under way under budget! Impressive!!!! You go, Girl!

Mern, thanks for the praise! I hope you have a fantastic Wednesday!

April, I am really sorry to hear that you are under stress. I hope whatever is causing it gets better really really fast. Feel free to vent! Sending you a big cyper hug. xo

Joanna, I also log my sleep. It definitely makes your burn more accurate.

Tanya, amazing job on the lost inches!!! 3 inches from your waist is major! WTG!

Quinn, any update on the kitten search? I love Himalayans. Every one that I have met, has been a cuddly sweetheart. Keep us posted!

Cyndees, congrats on the pound lost!
