I'm in for another week. Pretty much the same as last week

Diet & Fitness
1.) 80oz water (coffee, tea, propel, etc don't count)
2.) Carbs less than 30%

3.) Protein @ 90g
4.) 1 (or less) glass of beer or wine w/dinner
5.) 2 servings of fruit per day
6.) No white foods
7.) 2 yoga, 2 X-fit, 1 run

Work & Home:
8.) Get work accounts straightened out
9.) Finish trimming trees for rat exterminator

10.) Send presents to east coast relatives,
11.) Chip tree branches (trimmed more trees… more branches)
12.) Wash patio windows

13.) Start cutting back bougainvillea
14.) Continue cleaning out the garage rafters.
15.) Offer gratitude every morning.

Quinn, I stopped by our local Pet Smart yesterday. On weekends they have adoption day with lots of kitties and doggies. I came pretty close to walking out with a new kitten, so many cuties all looking for homes.

Mike I hope you feel better I 2nd the honey, lemon and a bit of run.

Mern, stay strong! You can do it. Remember, just because the food is in front of you, you don't have to eat it.

mommiepretty, I need to do another round of measurements too . I'm not real worried, I doubt anything has changed much, but somehow filling them in makes them all real.

Pam, run or rum? Does rum cake count?

Moist heat, dry heat or both? I'm thinking about sitting in the hot tub (b/c I'm achy) then the sauna. If you don't hear from me for a while it just means that I got arrested b/c some guy tried making goo goo eyes at me in the hot tub. (not everyone will know what I'm talking about)

Moist heat is best for the lungs and sinuses, but raising your body temp (like a self-induced fever) is a good way to burn out the infection.

Oh, and take your pepper spray.... (To the hot tub, that is!)

Oops, got running on the brain - rum, but I'm not sure that run CAKE counts . I believe the magic is in the liquids. Hot tub then sauna sounds like a good program, but let your body tell you what feels good (besides punching the guy making goo-goo eyes.)

boy you really do have running on your brain.

Just made it back from the gym, had no flirting going on but I did meet this one guy, we talked for a while. He was in the hot tub for rehab, his foot was nearly cut in half when a forklift ran over him.

quick check-in b/c I'm almost giddy and I just had to share

I did my body measurements this AM (which I honestly was NOT excited about; hold that thought). today I also decided to wear jeans (lately I've been wearing a lot of track suits b/c they're stretchy and more comfortable ), and I thought my jeans felt a little looser, but I chalked it up to how jeans kinda stretch out after you wear them a couple of times. then I accidentally found the body change reports on here and saw that I've actually shed a few inches—since my last measurements (back in Aug, which I'd totally forgotten I'd taken) I've dropped 3" from my waist and 1" from my hips! WAHOO!!!!! —so my jeans really ARE looser!! <happy dance> just wanted to share that w/y'all

I'm off again (of course, as hub would say, I'm always a little off LOL), but I'll check in later and try to respond to posts then.
