Default Totally self-focused...

... but I am grateful for that ever growing pile of clothes that are now too big to wear.

I've been stacking them up in the corner of my office for a while now, but only today did I realize how tall the stack had grown.

Some will go to the tailor to be altered, some will be given to Goodwill and few I will keep for old times sake. NONE will I keep because I expect to every wear them again!

Today I opened all the windows in the house! Yay for sunshine! Then I fired up the barbecue and made chicken

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL day today in Va. Sunny, almost 70. Everything's starting to green up outdoors.

I'm grateful also for the internet. And text messaging. How did I ever survive 30 years ago?

I work with a lot of nice people.

Nice neighbors.

Day off tomorrow--it has been a hectic week.

Beth-our weather in PA is like yours today, so yeah!
Also have great neighbors who grow an amazing garden and always share!
Rest day tomorrow from the gym. I need it after this week!

Forecast today is for sunny skies and 71 degrees

My day off and daughter's in-service day on same day-get to spend a little one-on-one time together.

My husband and I are both employed.

I work in a job that is full of learning opportunities.

I haven't had any cravings for junk food lately.

Always grateful that a new day comes to start over.

The Boy had straight A's on the report card yesterday.

Today is the last of an 8-day long work binge and I have the weekend free; fun activities planned and the weather is going to be lovely.

Dictating software.

The fact that my healthy choices are rubbing off on my son.

Health, strength, energy.

I am grateful that, for 20 years, Friday night has been "date night" for my husband and I. (...and I don't have to cook!) For all of you newlyweds, I strongly recommend this concept. A few minutes to be alone and discuss the weeks happenings. Time to reconnect. Time for me to get ready. Have a great evening, everyone!

Great idea Quinn! Fly Lady dot com recommends that too.

I'm grateful for nights like tonight when I don't have to cook dinner. Saturdays are usually set aside for either date night or family night. Once the kids are older, hanging with the "rents" isn't always their idea of a good time. Tonight they want to join us.

I'm still feeling grateful for sunny, warm days.

Every year I grow a live Easter basket (real grass). I am grateful the seeds are starting to sprout.

+ an unexpected afternoon of solitude
+ my body healed from a cold
+ Days when I feel I'm running on all cylinders--have relaxed energy and mental clarity, am organized and prepared for what's next...this may have a lot to do with clean eating, training, and proper sleep!
