Hi Hope I am here! Ready for a new week if we don't count Monday as part of it Looks like you are getting out of the funk, 2 pounds!

Mhibdon, you sound better this week! Your posts are fun to read. I obviously have never talked to you but when I read them I can "hear" you telling the stories.

Joanna, you can resist the scale! And congrats on the loss.

Mern, I will also face the scale tomorrow, after a weekend of eating I doubt it will be nice. We shall see. Your meals sounded delicious, I have been in a passionate relationship with avocado these past months, yum. Get your mug out and lets start the drinking.

Terri, hope your coupon using went well!

Welcome rly123! Funny 3rd goal!

jjeand, good going with your goals.

Darlene, sorry to hear you are still sick. TBBT is a fun show, and the episodes are short so you can get a quick laugh

Quinn, great Monday you had!

Cassie, hope you headache clears, very blue goals, nice.

Mary, Almeeker, Rubypeanut, April and Luckygir15 have a great week!

I'm new to FitDay and just found this thread. I think I could use some motivation, so here are my goals:

1. Record everything (even when I eat with my boyfriend)
2. No skipping meals because of being busy
2.5 No bingeing after skipping a meal because of being busy
3. Make time for a walk (even if it's short)
4. Sew every day

Starting off small, I guess. Maybe if I accomplish this it will be easier to proceed?

I'm still working on that water, but all in all, even though I had a whine-fest earlier, I pulled my big-girl running shorts up and went on with life.

My arms are legit shaking from lifting now. It is delicious
Won some bro points for lifting with the big boys in the apartment complex weight room!

Mike: More power to you for being able to make soup!
Bro points & big girl running shorts? You crack me up.
No, no, no it's slop not soup. More like prison food than mom's cooking. I can make soup though.

Hey, Mister! Eat your veggies!! Actually, if you wrote a policy for a farmer, (Goal # 7) maybe he could swing you some veggies for Goal #3... two birds, one stone and all... just saying...

Is it soup or slop? I'm confused.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that my niece tells me last week that they are collecting plastic water bottles at school. Y'all all know uncle Mike, it's either go big or go home. You guessed it, her class is in 1st place.

I'll make up for the veggies. As you know, I'm not one to make excuses... BUT I've been having some serious internet issues for a few weeks straight at the office which makes it nearly impossible to quote, let alone write. I'm trying though. I went from writing 3-5 a week to 1 at best over the past few weeks. I haven't even left for the office yet b/c I know it'll be more internet issues today.
