7 Day Motivational starting 10/24/11

Hello everyone! Weekend went by fast. I was good at the party only had one drink and although I didn't manage to stay away from the 7 layer dip it was still within reason (well yes I had some again for breakfast today ) And I am sure I danced away that amount (and a cupcake). See you all tomorrow!

Darlene, oh I would never do it with guests either, so I make an extra effort to memorize how quantities look like
Cassie, zumba in heels ! And then a tennis match! You are one impressive woman. I have pretty much vegged out all afternoon. You could always calculate one shot (1.5 oz) of alcohol per drink but I say just let rolll... and that would be a real strong drink.

My internet's been down this evening, but just for closure (too tired to do anything more), I met goals yesterday except for the drinking (over cals) and no shoulder exercises or vitamins; of course I didn't sleep 7 hours yesterday or today...met other goals today except water.
I enjoyed my weekend. I had a great time at the party, enjoyed the preparations, cooked a lot, played tennis, spread 15 bales of pine straw, and got deeper into my to-do list than I have in recent memory. So often I get to Sunday night frustrated with myself for not getting more done; it's nice to feel accomplished this weekend. Hopefully I can carry that energy with me into Monday.

No one's started the new one, so I'll just respond here really quickly.
MAIN80, Penn State won in the last two minutes! We though it was over, but they pulled a touchdown out at the last second, and then Illinois fumbled a field goal which would have tied it. It was win 409 for Joe Paterno, making him the winningest (pretty sure that's not a word and if it is it's stupid) coach in the NCAAF ever! Joe is pretty much a god around these parts, it's kinda funny.
Darlene, the snow melted some yesterday, but it's still on the ground as temps didn't really get too much above freezing. It's supposed to get to mid-40's today so it'll likely all melt.
