Default So frustrated

So since 3/17/11 I've lost 44 lbs. Went on vacation in July and gained 3 lbs. I'm back to eating clean, but I keep hovering between 157-158. Won't budge. (I do 'cheat' on Sundays to keep my metabolism going, hopefully...............but not so much lately I guess)
I think I am retaining water too. It's been hot lately and I work outside. Can't drink alot of water during the day, since I work outside~hard to find a bathroom
I just want to lose 10 more pounds. It really is true the last 10 are the hardest.
grrrr

Just wanted to vent....thanks for listening

So what is your average daily calorie deficit?

Changing "something" up is generally acknowledged to be the way to break a plateau, whether it is your calorie level, calorie mix (more protein!) and/or type of exercise.

You might consider cutting back on the "cheat days" for a few weeks, but again, the important number is your average calorie deficit.

Regards,
Michael

Kim, you may not want to hear this but 157-158 is awesome for 5'10". Maybe that's where your body is happiest, even though you aren't. You may just have to put up a harder fight with your body to stay below that.
