Yeah, you got me there. I doubt that I'll ever be in the shape that I was in my early 20's.

I'm not sure it I should count today as a cheat. I ate like a "normal person" had fried fish and baked french fries. Wasn't the cleanest but nothing like one of my cheats. In fact I think I'm around 1800 calories right now.

So what do y'all think. I know Cassie and Quinn will say cheat. BTW Quinn you look pretty young ;) and Cassie... you know I said it b/c I know you're mature enough, I mean young hearted enough to take it.

Actually, I wouldn't call it a cheat. We all know what your cheats look like and this ain't it. How much did you burn today?

Today and yesterday I ate probably equivalent to what I burned. More than my goal? Yes. Foods I should probably not have eaten? Yes. But you gotta live sometime and there's a lot to be said for "eating like a normal person." Some days are up, some days are down; it averages out.

My verdict: Not a cheat. Unless you spiral out before bed,

Yep... me too! Today, I weigh the same as I did at 19, my BMI is 3 points lower than my 17 y/o daughter, I hiked 6 miles tonight, and just got done lifting weights, although modified.

Now, as for what I ate during the last two days..... ummm... well....

If I hadn't eaten about half of a warm, fresh, cherry pie tonight I would have said cheat... but, I'm in no position to judge! Stupid fruit... :D lol

I'm figuring in a casein shake before bed. That'll put me at -530 for the day. I just back in from a 3.4 mile walk.

Quinn, nice job on the 6 mile hike tonight. I weight less than I did in my 20's but I'm in much worse shape. Back then I weighed ~190# and was in the single digits with BF. I was actually ripped, not I'm just fluffy. :( You've got me beat there too.

9) daily:
