37 and gaining weight
 
Help - I have put on about 10lbs recently that I can't attribute to anything and am concerned the trend is going to continue. The new weight it is concentrating around my waist (no i am not expecting.....) Any suggestions here? I was not expecting any major body changes to happen for many more years

Hi there, welcome to FitDay. My suggestion would be to start logging everything you eat if you haven't already. You might want to consider not making any changes to your eating the first few days, and something might jump out at you from your log/reports that you can identify as being a main contributor to weight gain. Sometimes getting it all there in black and white can show you something even if you think you're doing everything right. Good luck!

If you use the fitday journal you can keep track of your calories. If you are also gaining weight while eating fine, you should see your doctor. It could be many things but your doctor could help clear it up!
