Default Need motivational help!

Good Morning All,

I have been on Fit Day for while now. Actually, I come and go. Usually, I can stay motivated and disipline. Now, I am the heaviest I have ever been and am so down about it, I can't bring myself to do anything about it.

I have set goals - weight and little rewards for certain weights but that hasn't helped me. If anyone has some inspiration - I would really appreciate hearing it!

Hi Jennifer, have you seen the 7-Day Motivational Thread? We usually start out on Mondays setting goals and report in during the week, and there are lots of laughs and support.

Take on day at a time, or one decision at a time. You can do it!

And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.
