Small Successes
Lately I've learned to celebrate my small successes. Well here's one I wanted to share...I couldn't understand how you can possibly burn more calories than you eat! It just didn't make sense to me!
Well yesterday I did it. I ate 1570 calories and burned 2115 calories with my activities (that's not including "lifestyle" calories burned). It's a small victory but I'm very proud of myself. I know I won't be able to burn that many calories every day, but it's definately something for me to shoot for!

My small victory for today would be that I have on a top & jeans that I could not comfortably wear about six weeks ago. I would put them on before and change back out of them because I knew they wouldn't be comfy for all day wear.
