Made a healthy decision :)
Last night for dinner I knew that my hubby was making cheese steak subs with grilled peppers, onions & mushrooms. I knew that if I ate it, I would be ruined for the day. So....I made a huge salad of greens & tomatoes and put about half a sub worth of the meat, pepper, onion mixture on top with 1 slice of provolone cheese and ate that instead! It still might not have been the best dinner ever, but it sure tasted awesome! And I kept my calories at 1591 for the day with a burn of 3135. Just had to share with someone who would understand. ;)
