Exercise?
I am kinda looking for a workout routine to start, I just started on here and I need to lose weight. Right now I am recovering from a cold and want to have a workout schedule planned out for when I kick the cold. I am just looking for ideas because I have NO IDEA where to start. I do know though that I want to tone and lose weight- is that possible?
