Wishing Mike fun and success today with no blister pain.

Rose, many people don't know that the carb cravings are caused by the blood sugar plunge following consumption of excess carbs. I see you do. Your cottage cheese with pineapple was a very sensible low carb choice to help stabilize your blood sugar. Well done!

My Saturday achievements:
Calorie limit 1600, actual 1535
Carbs less fiber limit 25, actual 24g
Protein target 100-120g, actual 109g

Exercise: goal of 20 minutes aerobic walking achieved

Water goal of 64 oz. achieved

I earned a day off exercise today by reaching my daily exercise goal six days in a row.

Thank you ladies. My blister was fine but around mile # 5 I could feel a new one coming. It's pretty nasty now. Well I did finish but I fell a little short of my personal goal. I was shooting for 2h 38m and I came in at 2h 40m. That's again everyone and big thanks vabeachgirlNYC for posting the pic .

Mike, that's awesome!
Banged up feet are just part of the initiation rituals - I'd say you're in the club now!

Well done, indeed!

Oh, and don't pull a Drew Carey and go out and eat a whole loaded pizza by yourself in celebration. But you should do something to celebrate, 'cuz lord, you're in one of the food centers of the universe.

thanks. Not much celebrating. I did go to one of my favorite Italian Restaurants last night and was really disappointed.

Thanks Stacey. Yeah it's a nasty one, but I'm a guy so you know I'm a wimp.
