bloating
So, I've never weighed myself regulary before this last month. Is it normal not to lose weight when you have menstraul bloating? Will it go away again at the end of the week?

I find that just prior to my cycle I stop losing weight or even put on a pound or two. It seems to go away at the end of my cycle. I sometimes wonder if I crave salt and that is part of why I retain so much water. I am going to watch that closer this time.

I put on about 2-3 lbs during my last cycle, and it was gone the day after my cycle was finished. I think its an individual thing, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just keep doing what you're doing and your body will balance itself back out ;)

It is definitely common and normal to gain from retained water, etc.; drink a lot of water (it helps flush out your system) and, if it really puts you into a tailspin, just don't weigh in that week.
