Hi, you've mentioned sunflower seeds and I want to confirm that why a lot of guys eat it and why we should eat it? Is there any secret health benefit? Do you know why do baseball players eat sunflower seeds? I'm searching for it so long but didn't get any exact answer yet. Anyone knows here?
