Disappointed
I am the heaviest I have ever been and I decided to join fit day to help myself get down to a healthier weight but since I have started I have gained almost 10 pounds.
My gym has been closed, because I use the gym at my college and all I do all day is work and eat. I feel like I have hit a wall and instead of being motivated when I look into the mirror I feel disgusted and discouraged. I do not know what to do. |
DO NOT GIVE UP!
This is only an obstacle, a challenge; not the end of your journey. Buy a dvd and use that instead of a gym or if you can take it outside, the world is your playground. I do understand your frustration. I lost 15 lbs last spring and then my weight loss staled. Then the holidays hit and I gained back half of what I lost. GRRR! But I realized I failed to plan ahead and didn't change up my exercise routine. Live and learn. This is just a learning oppurtunity. I know we both can get back on track. We are strong! |

I suggest a good long walk, it always helps me feel positive about being healthy. Then once you get back, do something drastic like clean the pantry out and toss the goodies.
