How to take HIIT workout to the next level?
Hello I am Jo from the USA but now staying in Kolkata (India) for my official work over the past 9 years. I join Gym almost 1.5 years ago. As you see my title I want to know some HIIT workout tips which Can help me to get the next level.
I've been training HIIT for a while. I've doing my workout 4+ time in a week about 30 minutes. Most of the time I've doing cardio in my workout season. I am comfortable with the routine which I set.
I am looking for products/supplements/equipment and routine which I need to follow to take my level up.
Hope I get my answer very soon. Thanks In advance.

It's difficult to answer that without knowing what you are doing?
Are you running? Are you doing weights? Have you tried battle ropes in HIIT? Have you tried cattle belts? Have you tried boxing in HIIT?
So if you describe more information about your training season then it will be easy to understand. I try to describe some point which I gather from Starmark Fitness Studio. Hope It will help to take HIIT workout to the next level.
Intensity Level /Time
Low/3 min
High/30 sec
Low/3 min
High/30 sec
Low/3 min
High/30 sec
Low/3 min
High/30 sec
Low/3 min
This is 17 minutes workout plan. You can be doing cycling, biking, walking or any other creative way to work normally 3 minutes followed by 30 sec off.
