Love this question!!!...... In a Nutshell ABSOLUTELY NOT...... harder maybe that is with proper nutrition and exercise intensity and rest and then the dedication to stick with it for at least 6 months. This question is exactly like an over weight person asking if "I start eating properly and exercising will I get too Skinny too Fast"???....NO....NO YOU WON'T....If your looking for an excuse not too work hard and dedicate yourself ...to a better life..
