Regular trainings + healthy eating
that's the only way |
Have to disagree-taking weight loss supplements is not the way to lose fat. Often people who use them find the weight returns as soon as they stop (called rebound effect). Higher protein, veggies, and limited starches have worked for lots of people. Tracking is key, whether you use Fitday or Weightwatchers or what ever works for you. I don't know anyone who has kept weight off who doesn't also exercise. If you're not used to it, start easy and gradually increase intensity. Listen to your body and be patient. It takes time, but you can do it!

* Tracking - without tracking what I eat (using a kitchen scale when possible) it's hard for me to maintain a calorie deficit. * Exercise - I walk, do some stretching at home a couple times a week, and in the summer, swim. I have found it's not necessary for it to be intense, but I'm also in my 50s now and I lack desire for anything more intense than swimming "the crawl" or going on a muti-hour, but not particularly fast hike. |

I'm pretty sure you need to be a calorie deficit. You can do that with cardio or eating less. It's up to you.
|
Avoid eating processed and junk food containing high percentage of fats. Also, exercise regularly.
|
Regular cardio training that you really enjoy. Find the one that suits you the best. Any physical activity is good for you. You can start running, jogging, swimming, or even yoga. I like simply walking a lot. I usually listen to music on the go as it helps me to concentrate on my breath and pace. Also for me, it is the best way to enjoy my favorite songs. On YouTube, I always discover great songs that I convert to mp3 with the help of this youtube converter. Personally, I like this one as it works with all the popular platforms as well. Moreover, it's quite fast and easy to use.

Losing fat involves creating a calorie deficit, where you consume fewer calories than your body needs, resulting in the use of stored fat for energy. Here are some effective strategies for losing fat:
1. Balanced and Calorie-Controlled Diet: Focus on consuming a balanced diet that includes lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Limit processed foods, sugary beverages, and high-calorie snacks. Monitor your calorie intake by tracking your food and ensuring you're in a calorie deficit. 2. Portion Control: Pay attention to portion sizes to avoid overeating. Use smaller plates and bowls, and practice mindful eating by eating slowly and stopping when you feel satisfied rather than overly full. 3. Regular Exercise: Combine cardiovascular exercises (such as running, cycling, or swimming) with strength training exercises (such as weightlifting or bodyweight exercises) to burn calories, increase metabolism, and build lean muscle mass. Aim for a combination of aerobic exercises and resistance training. 4. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Incorporate HIIT workouts into your fitness routine. These involve alternating between short bursts of intense exercise and recovery periods. HIIT workouts are time-efficient and can help increase calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness. |
