Starting Again . . .
Hello, I am not new to this forum, just need to start anew. I have used stress from job to enable my over eating. My daily schedule is busy and it's hard to plan healthy meals. I can't use that for an excuse anymore. I don't like what I LOOK like or FEEL like. I am working on other areas in my life and need to work on this area as well. I have been discouraged in the past, not feeling really supported on this site, but I can't use that as an excuse either. Anyone looking for a support, accountability buddy, let me know, it would be appreciated.

How about a 30 day challenge for support? Starting today!:D PLP. Pull-ups, Lunges, Push-ups. Day One - Do 10 of each Day Two - Add 1 rep to each Day Three through Day Thirty - Add 1 more rep to each day. I will start a challenge thread in the Motivation and Support Forum. Hopefully others will join the challenge too! :) |
