75 and still trying to keep my weight down
I suppose you never get over watching your weight. I am like 40 lbs overweight. I just lost 20 and it looks like its wanting to come back on. boo hoo i'm so sad over it. I am still active with no aches or pains or any kind of illness so why do I keep gaining at my age.

It never comes off and just stays off, does it? I wish it did!
Just keep logging your food - you can do it! |
You inspire me, I feel like I am always going to struggle, but try to keep at it. Congrats on losing twenty. I have been fighting losing 20 for five years. It does get harder the older we get.

Well, nothing good to report. I've gained 10 of the 20 I lost over this T/G, Christmas holidays.

Keep going! You'll lose that again. And probably more.

I'm over 65, in fact 65 sound kinda young now :)
It is harder/older. I am trying to be more active by moving more all day long. A quick 30min at the gym is not for me. Walking every hour-just out for 5-10 minutes clears my head and my aches and pains. In my mind some foods just turn to fat, breads, pasta, etc. And they make me tired. But I can take 'sugars' like apples and other fruits without a problem. Pure sugars in moderation too. But not fat and sugars combined. |
