need nutrition and exercise help

Talking Nutrition advice

I can't ever seem to be able to get close to the amount of protein I am supposed to eat. like 90-120g/day or if I follow the 1g per lb of body weight , then 145g of protein?. My carbs and fat go up really high too. Any suggestions.
current weight 145lbs
goal weight 130lbs.
No rush nice and easy
