I'm in the same boat, I don't want to do this again. I lost 50 pounds and kept them off for 4.5 years and then just gave up and put on 55 pounds in 2. I don't know why I did this to myself, but I finally got the same wake-up call I got 6 years ago. My health started to fail. I think the thing that really works for me is tapping into some of my core values. Last time I had extremely good luck with self hypnosis too. |
