I'm feeling sexy!!
Hello all
Is it just me or does even just starting to lose weight and eat healthy and work out make you feel more attractive and sexy. I was always a little too self aware of they way I looked to be overly aggressive or overt and now that I am down about 10 pounds and eating healthy, working out every day I am feeling like I am hot stuff? Is this just me or do others feel the same way? I have been walking around singing that old " I'm too sexy... song" lol |

It does give a little bounce to your step, doesn't it? I'm just starting out after having my third daughter, but already I'm feeling more confident :) I need to stay in this mindset!! It definitely helps me stay motivated :)

I have that feeling in my butt :p The belly needs work yet, and maybe it always will, but I feel really confident leaving a room, and that's nice.

I have just (re)started this journey after about 3-4 years of being overweight. I am ALREADY feeling sexier. It's funny, because the more confidence I exude, the more my husband is being very touchy-feely with me, wanting to spend time with me, complimenting me... It's all in my attitude. I feel sexier, therefore I exude confidence, and that is VERY sexy to my husband and certainly makes me a lot more fun to be around because I am happier with MYSELF. I've only been at this for a few weeks... just joined FitDay yesterday! No major weight-loss here yet... but it doesn't matter. I feel good, and it shows on my face, in my posture, in my whole attitude :) I am so excited!!
