New to Fitday!!!!
 
My name is Laura and I am new to Fitday and looking for anyone who is trying to lose weight and working night shifts. I work 12 hr night shifts only and I am trying to lose weight too. For the most part I drive for 10 hrs and patrol 2 hrs. I eat chicken while I work with carrots and celery. Its the easiest to eat if I have a busy night and can't stop I can eat chicken and those veggies while I am driving.

I would like to figure out a way to get exercise in while I am working but being in a car limits my options. Any suggestions.
