Good Morning All:

Will weigh myself in the morning. Am hoping that the scale will budge a bit. I need to stay true to my food journal. You all inspire me and I love to read the blogs. I am going to set specific time goals, as I read here and I think the baby steps will help. Will enter my weight tomorrow, along with those goals.
ps. What does ttom stand for?

TTOM is that time of the month...

Okay, been behaving myself well with the birthday cake so far. One slice a day, for dessert, after eating healthy the rest of the day.

But today I will be here ALONE WITH IT!!! (LOL).
