Well, it was weigh in day today, though I weight myself every morning, Friday's is the day I am recording it here. So I lost 1 1/2 lbs this week, it could have been more if I would have exercised!! Man I didn't do anything physical all week! Maybe it was the daylight time change but it's so dark after work I just want to lay on the couch! next week I'm going to go to the gym before work!! Get it done first thing in the morning. Just have to wake up! But I can do it!!

I always say I get up and workout before my brain is fully awake.

I do my main one in the AM before work, etc. as well. No way would I get it done after work!

Hi everyone,
This is my first post but have been following for 2 weeks now. You are all doing fantastically well!!! Well i want to join you all, i've lost 6 pounds in the 2 weeks, but motivation starting to lack and i'm pretty lazy!!! haha. I thought maybe if i could lose
12lbs for Christmas that would be do-able??

I would like to join! I have been failing at sticking to my exercise plans lately. I normally consider myself a runner, but have not done very well for the last couple of months. I've been doing more walking while pulling small children in a wagon several days a week which still burns calories, but I want to get back to running. I haven't been feeling too great a lot so I always use that for an excuse. I need to lose about 20 lbs. still to make me feel better.
Starting weight-150.5
Current Weight-144.5
Goal Weight- 125

Hello everyone

I haven't posted for awhile but am logging my food and still going to the gym. It looks like the last weight you have for me is 241. I am now down to 232.5. I even did a little shopping in my closet this morning. I can now wear a couple of pairs of jeans and 3 pair of dress pants I couldn't wear when I joined this group at 246. Maybe I'll loose another 8-10 by Christmas but I don't think I'll make the 30. I didn't start until October and I am not a fast looser. But I'll take any number of pounds I can get as long as it is downward.
