Anyone use the Body Bug?
 

I have been looking into them and find that Fit Day is helping to know what I am doing every day so I am thinking that something like the body bug will keep me accountable all day every day no matter where I am. Especially since keeping track and accountability seems to be always what derails me.

I would love to hear of your experiences. :D
