Protein - think I have found ratio
I did one of those online tests (found it by accident) for me it said:
1460 Calories 67% Protein Female Current weight 166 Goal weight 140 5' 2 68 years young. You put your neck, waist, hips size in plus your active style. Hope this helps some of you. |

Sorry to take so long to get back. I found it on Atkins site by accident.
And I clicked on what that lady had posted......it said: the online calulator. But when I try that on google all I get is calulators for math. It was a nice website and I wish I had made a favorite. Will keep trying to get it. Happy weekend. We are burning up here in Louisiana. |
I am not sure if this is the one or similar to what you found but this one seems pretty accurate ( at least for me).

Thanks anyway; if it was from Atkins it would not work for me anyway. Anything less than 50% carbs and my body fights back! I'm glad you found a starting point to help you through the trial and error process. Good luck!

No, it really had nothing to do with Atkins. Somebody on that board had posted it. Keep trying.........
I'm doing low carb/gluten free as much as I can. Today I had: 1611 Calories 48 Grams Carbs and 86% Protein. I can't go really low carbs either......... cjohnson I hope you read this. |
