Hello... Im new here

Hello, My name is Kay and I just joined today... I finally accepted that I am the only one to blame for my weight and if I dont do something now... I will NEVER loose this weight and no one can do it for me... I HAVE TO DO IT FOR ME AND NO ONE ELSE.
I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life, have had men leave me because of it, cant find a man because of it. I have low self esteem and no will power... I hope by joining here it will help me.

Thanks for listening:rolleyes:

Welcome Ladies!

Heya, I'm fairly new myself. Been here a couple of weeks and already reaping the benefits and gaining valuable knowledge from other members.

I hope everyone has success reaching their goals!

I'm a newbie, too! I'm having so much fun charting my food! Who knew it could be this much fun! I just joined Medical Weght Loss in Ohio. It's going OK. But I've only been on it 3 weeks.

Hi Kay
I'm new here too. Would you be interested in becoming weight loss buddies? I would like to lose 20 pounds (to start with... first goal) and carry on from there.. but I work better when I have to be accountable to someone.
What do you think?
Emma:D

Hello Kay_42 welcome aboard, I'm sort of new too, I started fitday in March. I've had really great results using this website, it's a fantastic tool. My own willpower isn't all that impressive either, but charting what I've eaten and looking at it on an off throughout the day helps me stay on track a lot better than willpower alone. I also love that I can use it to track my workouts, and compare the burn to my intake. That all by itself is very motivating. I also carry a pedometer, it's very small, I wear it all day either in my pocket or clipped to my waistband and it reminds me to keep me moving.

Hi, I'm new too :) I'd like to have some friends here so we can share our experiences on losing weight. I think we can do it, It's all about willpower! :D
