It's been pretty quiet on this thread... Ya'll still out there?

I managed to maintain the 127. I thought for sure I would lose with all my careful eating and exercising but... oh well at least I didn't gain.

Going to a wedding in Ft Wayne, In. this week so I'm just gonna try not to blow it too Bad.

Finally a loss. I really do not know what is wrong with my body. It doesn't like to lose weight. I eat about 1500 calories a day and go to the gym just about everyday and the body just doesn't respond much!

Weekly goals;
Gym 6 times DONE
Keep to calorie restriction DONE except one day
plenty of water MOSTLY DONE
no alcohol except for one day FAIL but only 6 standard drinks over the week

NEW GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
Go to 7 classes at the gym
Keep to calorie restriction
Drink more water
6 or less standard drinks this week (will be difficult with a social weekend coming up)

So, went on vacay, didn't behave at all and gained 5 pounds! Had a blast but back on the wagon!!!! Allthat eating and drinking, I think when the constipation subsides my weight wont be as bad as I think it is, I hope.

Sorry I forgot to post for a while. Goals til next weigh in;
30-60 mins cardio twice a day
no alcohol (I've lasted a week so far!)
keep to new eating plan (turns out I wasn't eating enough carbs or protein, the scale seems to be moving now that I have a new plan)
