Ha!! Love the not eating small children part. Just had a couple in my restaurant that deserved a good "chewing" out tho.

Ugh, this past weekend was not my friend. Took the kids to a go-cart place yesterday with an all you can eat 3 hour buffet. It was like a dieters nightmare, thank heaven the food was not that great or I would be a whale this morning.

My scale moved! In the direction I was hoping it would! Yay!!! lol

Goals for this week:
Get in a little more physical activity - last week was my "girly" week and I really wasn't feelin it.
Continue eating well - I did really good last week (okay with the exception of the banana split that I made myself. but it was with low fat fro-yo and I put a banana and fresh strawberries on it...couldn't be that bad, right? lol)

OK so I'm back to where I was before getting sick again. Not the best result I know but at least I'm still here plodding along. Hopefully next week I'll be able to put a negative in the brackets. So as far as achieving my goals went;

Aims;
Gym three times (YES- 6 times)
Keep to calorie restriction goals for goal weight (almost- had a blowout Tuesday)
Eat plenty of vegies (YES and fruit too)
Drink plenty of water (Most days)
No alcohol except Saturday (well, no, 6 standard drinks all up, over the course of the weekend)

New aims;
Gym 6 times
Keep to calorie restriction
plenty of water
no alcohol except for one day

So...I know I haven't posted on this thread in a couple of weeks, but I'm back. The past two weeks have not been good diet-wise. I have had no self control and lack of motivation. I also lost my cat and have been a little preoccupied with trying to find her (I have two dogs and am getting a 3rd in two weeks, but I miss that cat so much!)However, I feel like I'm back in the swing of things. Unforunately I've gained a couple of pounds. Hopefully next week will look better!

Mexican was Fabulous, but it's a new day and back to correct eating. I did, however, think I was in heaven for a short time!!!!

Took me a while to get on here. I have my little brother visiting with me from out of state. So now with my husband, there are 2 skinny men who can eat everything in my house. Ive been bad this week. I ate all my weight back. Im so disappointed. The rest of you ladies are doing a hell of a job!
