Hey all,

For 7/26/2010

I'm at exactly the same as last week. 130. My goals for this week are:

1.Drink more water.
2.Keep calories the same as last week, average about 1200 per day.
3.Find those ankle and wrist weights(i know they're somewhere)
4.Keep doing 4 mile speedwalk.
5.Try to keep stress level down
6.Meditate at least once a day

Stress was huge this last week and will probably be worse this week. Sooo slow this time of year. Trying to find the money to make payroll and keep distributers happy. Just have to get thru August!! Then Football Season and the snowbirds start to return!!!

Moment of truth, ladies!! Please copy this and add your current weights. The amount in ( ) is what has been lost TOTAL. I think that would be a better motivation, seeing some bigger losses.

Way to maintain your weight at a stressful time, hetemte! I would be packing on the lbs. and almeeker, a loss is still a loss! High five!

I am going to try to lose 2.5lbs this week. I hurt my foot while running so I will have to nurse that. But I should intake less calories and perhaps my body will still burn fat. Here's hoping

I added my color in "Magenta" because I am so excited! I spent days and days on the road, eating out at delicious tapas bars, even went to Starbucks and am averaging out that I lost 3.1 lbs per week! Hellz to the Yeah!!

Now that I'm over myself: Way to go ladies! Good show at losing/maintaining! It's nice that we're all here for one another!

Blahhhhh. Only down a pound, and that probably is just water weight! I am having the hardest time lately! It just seems impossible for me to make an effort anymore. I'm having one of those "I just don't care" months, I think.

Goal for this week:
Lose 2 pounds, no matter how much it sucks! :P

I have just maintained this week which is what I had hoped for seeing as I've been sick. I am finally feeling normal again and went back to the gym last night. My goals were;
No alcohol except for Saturday CHECK except 1 drink
Keep warm and get lots of sleep (doctors orders) CHECK
No gym (doctors orders)- perhaps yoga (did one pump class)
Keep to approx 1200 calories a day (didn't really count very well)
Eat lots of vegies and soup CHECK

Default metabolism

Out of interest, what do you girls get in your 'my metabolism' for typical daily activity level for calories burned? Mine was really high up at about 2500 just by saying I'm 'seated some movement'. Then I log exercise on top of that. I've dropped the metabolism calculation way back based on other calculations on the net. Hopefully that makes a difference

Because I have PCOS and insulin resistance I tend to log in "Sleep" as well as always choose the option that says that my metabolism is the lowest possible. I'd rather think that I burnt too little and ate too much, and then be pleasantly surprised that get slapped in the face by my scale. (It loves to do that anyway so I try to keep it to a minimum )

And mine comes out to: 2,251

Well, happy monday everyone!! I am pleased to say that I'm down 3lbs from last week!! No real secret just logging in every bite of food and alot of self discipline which I normally do not possess!!

Goals for this week are the same. Still have to work on drinking more water tho! Exercise every day.

The following week I am going to a wedding out of state so the 9th thru the 15th I'm just gonna pray I don't gain anything back.

Honestly it is weeks like this that make me wish I were a dinosaur. Going to be spending the week in doctor offices with my dearly not-so-beloved monthly friend.

My goals are to 1. drink three liters of water per day and 2. Eat a salad once a day.... and 3. to not eat small children :P
