Try try again.
I have used this Fit day before. I would be able to keep my calorie count low but then I would get tired of putting the same thing down each day. Eventually I would quit using it. The weight always seems to come back with an extra 5 to 8 lbs. I am 66 years young and realize my metabolism is slowing down. I am hoping talking with other women in the same boat will help me stay on track. Hope to hear from others so we can encourage each other with our progress.

Welcome! The hardest part is staying with it. It's worth the effort, though.

Hello Linda! One thing that really helps me is just reporting my losses :-)and gains :-( every week or so. The community here is really supportive.
