Default Walk for weight loss.

Hello ladies,

I'm determined to try this walking for weight loss I found on the internet. I already walk but I don't do anything as intense as this. I would like to try it with a buddy or more. It consists of walking 6 days a week. Some days are 45 minutes and others are 30 minutes. It's guaranteeing that you could lose up to 14 LBS and 3 inches in just 4 weeks. My kids are in summer camp for the next 4 weeks so I really want to try this.

Here's the site Walk for Weight Loss - Prevention.com

Read it, understand it, and let me know if your in.

I really want to try this!

Walking on two legs. We hominids have been doing it for the past few million years. Consequently, it’s one of the things our species is best known for. For most of human history, walking and running were the only means of getting from A to B. These days, that’s no longer the case for most of us. That’s too bad because walking—particularly at a brisk pace—is an innate way in which we can burn calories and torch belly fat. It requires little in the way of equipment, it can be done more or less anywhere and it’s less likely to stress the joints in the way that running can.

Love this! But I'd definitely add a few jogs here and there. It's good to get the heart pumping.

I simply like walking very much, so good luck to you - that's a really good idea, I'm in! I usually listen to music on the go as it helps me to concentrate on my breath and pace. Also for me, it is the best way to enjoy my favorite songs. On YouTube, I always discover great songs that I convert to mp3 with the help of this. Personally, I like this one as it works with all the popular platforms as well. Moreover, it's quite fast and easy to use.
