Default NEW TODAY,TOO! 63yrs old

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have 46 pounds to loose..
Want to go from size 16 to size 8 or 10

Knowing how many calories you are eating now, recognizing what your portion sizes are, and then eating fewer calories - the food log can help you with this.
