Hi Wilsey,

Have you been measuring and logging your food?
There is a saying, you cannot undo in the gym, your bad choices in the kitchen
Fitday has an awesome food tracker, and I am logging faithfully.

You will know, by how you feel, if you are working hard enough on your exercises

I want to order and eat some chinese food right now especially with shrimps, but I don't want to gain weight. So I just had a salad today but I'm bored. This week I'm eating those smart ones boxes, hopefully that will cause some weight loss.

Hi Burning_Soul,

Watch the sodium content in the prepackaged food! It could cause you to retain water and not show a loss
