Red face Could use little help getting started

Hello,
I really need to follow a daily diet that I can begin now. I am 6' 2" and weigh 280. I will be doing P90x for 6 months. I've been told that I need to follow a 50P/30C/20F diet. I have no problem doing this but I need help figuring out where i will get 438 grams of protein, 262 grams of carbs, and 77 grams of fat. daily. It seems like a lot but if I need to do it to see the results, I will do it. I will have shakeology, energy and endurance pre workout formula, and the results and recovery formula. I want something easy to follow so I wont fail. What are the best carbs? Where can I get the most protein? How should I absorb fats? Let me know. Thanks!

Protein: can come from fish, shrimp, ground beef, veal, chicken breast.

Carbs: bean sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, green/red peppers, green beans, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, spinach, tomato, eggplant, zucchini...

Fat: you will be getting that from the proteins, esp. ground beef.

when you enter the food you'll be able to see the calories breakdown including the fat.

Some advice that helps me to hit my daily macros are eating protein rich in the morning, and load up on carbs mid day, and back to protein based meals for the after noon. I personally tend to get my fats in in the morning because I find it supports my eating habits.

Some staples for me are fat free cottage cheese and greek yugurt, chicken, cans of tuna, talapia (really cheap at wal-mart) and protein powder. I tend to eat these types of foods all day due to the abundance of protein and lack of, or low amounts of fat and carbs.

I've never tried P90X but I've been through the gruelling two months of Insanity and you won't have a lack of an appetite, I'll tell you that much!

GOOD LUCK!!
