I only know of keeping the mind active -- not sure if that falls in your definition of optimal health -- that keeps cognitive diseases at bay.

Aging is something that has the power to create anxiety and worry in almost anyone’s mind. However, with the right information, it is possible to grow old with confidence and hope.
  1. Stay as happy as possible and stay young
  2. Focus on your quality of life and stop worrying about statistics
  3. Eat good and healthy
  4. Protect your eyes from harmful UV rays
  5. See a doctor every year
  6. Exercise helps slow down aging
  7. Add green tea to your daily routine
  8. Be flexible
  9. Avoid smoking
  10. To reduce wrinkles around your eyes, try an anti-aging cream
Apply these tips in your life, and you will soon understand how to age beautifully.

The most important thing is to not lose hope. Of course, you've heard this saying before, but it works. If resolving the issue on your own proves challenging, seek help from professionals Grief counseling from licensed counselors Without fear or judgment, you can discuss your feelings with a qualified counselor. So that you can get the support you need in a secure environment and learn for yourself how to cope and go on with your life.
